The community is conveniently located near Spokane Falls Community College and a short drive to Eastern University, Gonzaga University, Fairchild Air Force Base and downtown Spokane. We are also conveniently located on the bus line with a direct route to Eastern Washington University and downtown Spokane. The Centennial Trail, connecting you to 100 miles of paved trails, is near to enjoy that walk, run or bike ride.
Randolph Arms is a restored historic building featuring 12 different charming floor plans. Each home is spacious with 10’ ceilings, historic charm with all the modern conveniences including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer dryer hook-ups as well as two large laundry facilities on site.
